Michael Hoctor
Position: Head of Operations
Michael is a qualified electrician and comes from a background in dairy farming. Back in 2021, he and his family moved next door to a farm and thought it would be interesting to trial the WiFi PTZ cameras during calving and lambing season. After capturing some amazing footage over a 6 month period, Michael became passionate about the image and zoom qualities of these products - which led to the birth of QUALOOM.
Rosie Bridge
Position: Head of Finance
Rosie is a qualified accountant with her own accounting practise - her clients vary from IT consultants to farmers.
Previous experience gained by Rosie was 2.5 years at KPMG where she qualified back in 2013.
Rosie is a business life coach and mother to 2 children. She also assists her husband with the management of his business.
Kirsten Simpson
Position: Head of Customer Services
Kirstin has previously worked for a major aviation firm in a client facing capacity and for a blue chip, International Financial Institution holding high level leadership positions. More recently, she has successfully establishing her own small business.
