Returns would be at your own expense and we can either provide a DPD returns label for returning your order with the cost of return deducted from your refund or you may return via a courier of your choice such as Royal Mail. We do ask that you keep a hold of your return tracking number and postage receipt until your return has been processed.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will contact you by email to advise. We would expect your return to be processed in ten working days of it arriving back with us. If your order has been returned for refund, then the refund will be credited to the original payment card, and this can take 5-7 working days from time of being processed to arrive back in your account.
